FACILITY USE AGREEMENT:
1. Consuming Fire Ministries reserves the right to refuse rental of buildings to organizations and persons who are not in compliance with Consuming Fire Ministries' principles and values.
2. All decoration, staging, and equipment must be broken down and removed immediatarly following the event.
3. Renters who expect more than 20 people must obtain General Liability Insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 which Consuming Fire Ministries is listed as "additional insured" party. You must provide the church office with a certificate of Insurance prior to the event. Doors will not be opened if the office does not receive the certification.
4. Non-refundabe administration fee and deposit must be paid at time of application. Deposit os refunded within 7 days after satisfactory post event inspection by renter and acilities adminstrator.
5. Acceptable forms of payment include: money order, debit cards, cashier's check. Electronic payment can be made at consumingfirekc.com/give. No cash accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. NO ALCHOLICBEVERAGES or SMOKING allowed on internal or external church property at any time, including parking lot.
2. NO LOITERING in front of church property.
3. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES are allowed in the Sanctuary. No red colored beverages are allowed in any carpeted areas. Any damage or replacement costs due to food or beverage will be the responsibility of the renter. RENTERS: Please be mindful of food in the sanctuary... let those attending your event know there is no food or drinks allowed.
4. The kitchen is to be left clean - all garbage and recyclables are to be removed rom the building immediately after any function.
5. The renter is responsible for set-up and break-down for all tables and charis used at functions. All furniture shall be placed back in its original position unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Any personal or group property left on the church premises shall be at your own risk and only with prior permission from the Facilites Use Committee.
7. ALL areas of the facility should be left as it was found. Kitchen, bathrooms, classrooms etc. At the conclusion of the event, the rental party must sign a completed clean-up check list. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the facility.
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT:
Damage to the church property r equipment caused by the renter, any contractor, or any employee of the renter, or any person attending the event for which the church was rented. will be charged to the renter(s).
I/We have read and agree to abide by the all the terms and conditoins of this agreement including any supplementary agreement(s) attached hereto: to keep and maintain the security of the premises and all equipment , furniture, fixtures and valuables, allowing no unauthorized person(s) to enter or use church property or to remove any church property or to remove any property brought into the church when rental period is over. Any infraction of this agreement may result in loss of security deposit, denial of further use of the church premises, and/or cancellation of this contract.
LEGAL AGREEMENT:
By signing this agreement, I/we agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consuming Fire Ministries, its officers, members and its affiliate organizations against all claims, suits or actions for liability, damages or compensation brought by me or anyone on my/our behalf.
I understand that by submitting this form, I am responsible for all fees associated with the event including rental fees, set-up and clean-up fees, sound technician fees, and event manager fees.
